Meet Our Team
OUR DENTIST
Dr. Brian DaSilva
Education
Dr. Brian DaSilva grew up in Enfield within 2 miles of the dental office. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Connecticut. He soon realized he wanted to work in healthcare and use his hands to help people, so he went on to achieve a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a year of residency training at New York Presbyterian-Queens in New York where he gained valuable experience in treating all aspects of general dentistry. Dr. DaSilva enjoys being able to educate patients about their oral health and how it relates to their overall well-being.
Outside the Office
When Dr. DaSilva is not treating patients, he enjoys playing the drums and guitar in a band called Man Hands that he formed with his dentist colleagues. He is also an avid golfer, and enjoys spending quality time with his wife Morgan and their dog, Ryder.
Reception Staff
Our team at the reception desk are not only the friendly faces you see when you come into our office, they are also hard at work behind the scenes verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, and working with your insurance company to find out your cost share for the doctor’s treatment plan. We have staff dedicated to treatment coordination and new patient coordination. We hope to work with you soon!
OFFICE MANAGER
Morgan
Morgan started working for Dr. DaSilva in 2024. She is a licensed pharmacist who has spent her career caring for patients in the retail and hospital setting. Her background as a practicing pharmacist has instilled in her a strong dedication to high-quality patient care. She has spent a majority of her career working as a pharmacy manager and enjoys mentoring and developing a high-functioning and caring team. She is excited to enter the world of dentistry in a management role. When Morgan is not at work, she enjoys cooking and baking, reading and listening to podcasts, traveling, and spending time with her husband Brian and their dog, Ryder.
Reception and Treatment Coordinator
Dianne
Dianne has worked for Dr. DaSilva since 2011 and focuses on obtaining pre-estimates from insurance companies for the doctor’s treatment plans. When Dianne is not at work, she enjoys reading, playing computer games, watching crime documentaries on ID Channel and taking her yearly trip to the casino. Her favorite pastime is having family game nights with her kids and grandkids.
Reception and New Patient Coordinator
Patti
Patti has worked for Dr. DaSilva since 2017 and focuses on coordinating all of the practice’s new patient appointments. She obtained her degree at Asnuntuck Community College. Her favorite part of working in dentistry is resolving patient’s concerns then seeing them smile. When Patti is not at work, she enjoys entertaining family and friends, hiking in Vermont, painting, and watching her favorite movies: Moonstruck, Dances with Wolves, and Jaws!
Reception and Treatment Coordinator
Alicja
Alicja has worked for Dr. DaSilva since 2021 and focuses on insurance eligibility and obtaining copay estimates for treatment after the pre-estimate has come back from insurance. She grew up in Poland and graduated from Jagiellonian University in Krakow. In 2009, she started working as a patient coordinator in a small dental practice in NYC and in 2016 moved to South Windsor with her husband to raise their family. When Alicja is not at work, she enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. One of her favorite pastimes is watching Polish shows as it brings her back to her roots.

Dawn
Dawn has worked for Dr. DaSilva since 2021 and focuses on billing and insurance claim rejection and resolution. She came to work for Dr. DaSilva after working for 17 years at a family owned optometric practice. She enjoys working in the field of dentistry because she gets to interact with the patients and make a notoriously scary visit, pleasant and stress-free. When she is not at work, Dawn enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading. She is an avid football fan, and participates in a fantasy football league. Her most favorite pastime is spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Our clinical staff are all highly qualified dental hygienists who are passionate about the oral health of their patients. They have specialized knowledge in preventative dental care, expertly clean teeth, examine patients for signs of oral diseases, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene. Our hygienists can’t wait to meet you!
Dental Hygienist
Carol
Carol has worked for Dr. DaSilva since 1983. She graduated in 1978 from the University of Bridgeport Fones School of Dental Hygiene. She has enjoyed her time working for the practice for the last 40 years and she’s been a dedicated member of the team. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with all of the wonderful patients who have come to her for cleanings over the years. When Carol is not at work, she enjoys exercising, reading, gardening, and spending time with her dog, Brodie.
Dental Hygienist
Lynn
Lynn has worked for Dr.DaSilva since 2010. She graduated from Springfield Technical Community College with her Associate in Science in Dental Hygiene. Lynn is passionate about dental hygiene as the mouth is truly the gateway to whole body health. She has a passion for educating her patients on how to achieve their best oral health. When Lynn is not at work, she and her husband Matt are busy parents to their children, Colton and Brooklyn. As a family they love sports, camping, and anything that involves being outdoors with family and friends.
Dental Hygienist
Emily
Emily has worked for Dr. DaSilva since 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Mount Ida College in Newton MA. Her favorite parts of working in dentistry are meeting new patients, creating relationships with patients, making patients feel comfortable, and helping them with their dental anxiety in the chair. When Emily is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, wine and charcuterie boards, and walking her dog, Louie, when the weather is nice. A fun fact, Emily and her husband are expecting their first child this year, due on April Fool’s Day!
Dental Hygienist
Andrea
Andrea first started working for Dr. DaSilva in 2015 as a dental assistant. She continued working as an assistant throughout hygiene school and was hired back in 2018 as a hygienist! She attended Asnuntuck Community College where she received a Dental Assisting Certificate as well as an Associates in Health Science. Andrea then received her Associates in Dental Hygiene from Tunxis Community College, and is certified in both CPR and local anesthesia. What she loves most about her job is seeing her work make a difference in someone’s life. She loves helping her patients reach their dental goals. When she is not at work, Andrea enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog Archie. Her favorite movie series is Harry Potter and she can play the piano!

Christine
Christine has worked for Dr. DaSilva since 2021, but has worked in the field of dentistry since she was 15. She graduated in 1998 from the University of Bridgeport Fones School of Dental Hygiene. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is helping her patients achieve optimal oral health. When Christine is not at work, she loves spending time with family, getting outdoors, and spending time at the beach.
Dental Assistant
Kate
Kate started working for Dr. DaSilva as a dental assistant in 2009. She has a journalism degree and did an internship at NBC but decided instead to pursue a more hands on career. She loves working in dentistry because it’s always interesting and she loves the patients. When she’s not at work, Kate enjoys being mom to her teenage daughter, checking out breweries, and traveling. Fun fact, Kate worked at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom for 4 months and was roommates with Mickey Mouse.
